I don't feel like I am in immediate danger. Can  I still get help from Women's Aid?

Yes, you can telephone  us, drop in to our office base or one of our outreach bases if you want to talk  about your situation or know more about your rights.  We are here to listen to and to support any  woman experiencing domestic abuse.

I'm not sure if what I am experiencing is  Domestic Abuse?

   It's important that you  have the space to explore this. You can contact Women's Aid for support with  this.

I have a  disability, what additional support is available?
